摘 要:为了研究饲粮添加不同蛋白酶对肉鸡屠宰性能、器官指数、肠道形态结构和养分消化率的影响,采用单因素试验设计,选取360只21日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20羽鸡,公母各半,分别为对照组(基础日粮,CP水平为18.56%)、PT125^(TM)组(对照组+125g/t PT125^(TM))和BFB组(对照组+100g/t BFB)。结果表明:(1)添加不同蛋白酶对42d肉鸡屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。BFB组胰腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肌胃指数显著高于对照组和PT125^(TM)组(P<0.05),对其他器官指数无显著性影响(P>0.05);(2)添加不同蛋白酶对肉鸡十二指肠和空肠的形态结构无显著影响(P>0.05),回肠隐窝深度BFB组显著性低于对照组和PT125^(TM)组(P<0.05);(3)BFB组肉鸡异亮氨酸(Ile)、甘氨酸(Gly)和总氨基酸(TAA)的表观消化率显著高于对照组和PT125^(TM)组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在AA肉鸡生长后期饲粮添加蛋白酶有利于改善肠道形态结构,维持肠道健康,促进机体对养分的消化吸收,提高生产性能。The experiment was conducted to study effets of diet supplemented with different protease on slaughter performance,organ index,intestinal villi structure and nutrient metabolizability of broilers.Single facterial design was uesd.There were 3 experimental groups:Control group(basal diet,CP was18.56%),PT125 ^(TM)group(Control group +PT125 ^(TM))and BFB group(Control group +100 g/t BFB).Three hundred and sixty 21-day broilers were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate(half male and half female).The experiment lasted for 21 d.The results were as follows:(1)Different protease supplementation in diet didn't affect slaughter performance.But pancreas index of broilers in the BFB group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Gizzard index of broilers in the BFB group was significantly higher than that in the control group and PT125 ^(TM)group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference about the other organ indexes between groups.(2)Diet supplemented with defferent protease had no effects of duodenum and jejunum villi structure.Ileum crypt depth in the BFB group was significantly lower than that in the control group and PT125 ^(TM)group(P<0.05).(3)The metabolizabilities of Ile,Gly and TAA in the BFB group were significantly higher than those in the control group and PT125 ^(TM)group(P<0.05).In conclusion,it is beneficial to improve intestinal villi structure,maintain the intestinal health,promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients,and improve the production performance for protease supplementation in the diet of AA broilers during later period.
