生态旅游对大理苍山溪流细菌学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:对云南大理苍山十八溪部分溪流的水质进行细菌学检测,初步了解生态旅游对溪流水质的影响。方法:分别于夏、冬两季对苍山十八溪玉带云游路上、下水样以及人为活动较少的阳南溪水样进行采集,采用平板菌落计数法和多管发酵法分别对水样中菌落总数、总大肠菌群和耐热大肠菌群进行检测,运用两组独立样本的t检验对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:玉带云游路以下水样的细菌学指标均高于玉带云游路以上水样的细菌学指标(菌落总数:P=0.014<0.05,总大肠菌群:P=0.026<0.05,耐热大肠菌群:P=0.002<0.05);夏季各水样的细菌学指标均比冬季高(菌落总数:P=0.007<0.05;总大肠菌群:P=0.001<0.05,耐热大肠菌群:P=0.020<0.05)。玉带云游路所涉及的溪流的细菌学指标均较阳南溪水样高。结论:生态旅游对大理苍山溪流细菌学指标存在影响,因此生态旅游开发应关注可能引发的公共卫生问题。公共卫生和环境保护部门应参与生态旅游的规划和实施,确保公共卫生安全。Objective： To carry out bacteriological tests on the water quality of some streams in Cangshan Mountain, Dali, YunnanProvince, and to understand the effects of ecotourism on the water quality of streams. Methods： The samples were collected from theupstream and downstream of the Jade Belt Road, and the Yangnan Creek which is unfrequented by tourists, and the total number ofcolony, total coliforms and heat-resistant coliform bacteria in water samples were detected by plate colony counting method and multi-tube fermentation method. Results： The bacteriological indexes of the water samples below the Jade Belt Road were higher than that ofwater samples collected up the Road（total number of colonies： P = 0.0140.05, total coliforms： P = 0.0260.05, thermotolerantcoliforms： P = 0.0020.05）. The bacteriological indexes of all water samples in summer were higher than those in winter（total numberof colonies： P = 0.007〈0.05, total coliforms： P=0.001〈0.05, total thermotolerant coliforms： P=0.02〈00.05）. Jade Belt Road got higherbacteriological indicators than the Yangnan Creek. Conclusion： Ecotourism has an impact on the bacteriological index of Cangshanstreams in Dali. Therefore, the development of ecotourism should pay attention to the possible public health problems. Public healthand environmental protection departments should participate in the planning and implementation of ecotourism to ensure public healthand safety.
