中国经济高质量发展的动力结构优化机理研究

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,中国经济发展步入了新时代,中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,迫切需要新的增长动力源支撑,摆脱旧有增长模式的束缚。中国经济正处于转变经济发展方式、转换增长动力的攻关期,需要有合理的动力结构来支撑。经济高质量发展的各动力源彼此相互联系相互作用,构成了经济高质量发展的动力结构。本文在分析需求动力结构和供给动力结构优化机理的基础上,提出通过重塑需求动力、提升供给动力,从供给和需求两个方面构建相互促进、相互转化、彼此依赖的动力体系,从根本上解决中国经济运行中有效需求不足与有效供给不良并存的问题。China's economy is in the critical period of changing the mode of economic development and transforming growth momentum,and it needs a reasonable dynamic structure to support it. The power sources of high-quality economic development interact with each other and constitute the dynamic structure of high-quality economic development. The paper is based on analyzing the optimization mechanism of demand power structure and suppling power structure. On the basis of analyzing the optimization mechanism of demand power structure and suppling power structure,we proposed to build a power system which is the demand for power and improve supply power. It should build a power system of mutual promotion,mutual transformation and mutual dependence from supply and demand in order to fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient effective demand and effective supply in China's economic operation.
