摘 要:详细阐述了采用覆砂铁型铸造工艺生产球墨铸铁件、灰铸铁件及耐磨铸铁件等的成功案例,并介绍了覆砂铁型的简单机械化生产线和自动化生产线,得出以下结论:(1)覆砂铁型铸造工艺可以大大提高铸件的表面质量和内在质量,简化生产工序,节约生产成本;(2)该工艺的特征驱使每种铸件需要配备专门的铁型,使铸件模具、铁型等工装投入成本较高,对于批量小的铸件从经济效益来考虑就不太适合,其适用范围受到限制,成为制约其发展的重要因素;(3)各种铸件的铁型尺寸大小不一,也是阻碍覆砂铁型铸造生产线更加自动化的重要障碍。The successful examples of using resin sand-coated iron mold casting process to produce nodular iron casting,gray iron casting,and wear-resistant cast iron castings were described in detail,and the simple mechanized resin sand-coated iron mold casting process production line and automatic production line were introduced,and followings were concluded:(1)The resin sand-coated iron mold casting process could largely improve the surface quality and inner quality of castings,simplify production procedure,reduce production cost.(2)The characteristics of this casting process compel to use special iron mold for every sort of castings,that lead to relative high investment cost of the pattern,iron molds,therefore,it's not very suitable for the small batch of castings by considering the economic benefits,so its scope of application was limited and that became a important factor restricting its development.(3)Dimensions of iron molds used for various castings were different,that also the important obstacle which prevents to elevate the automatization level of the resin sand-coated iron mold casting production line.
