摘  要:介绍了中频感应电炉熔炼高强度灰铸铁的控制要点,得出以下结论:(1)确定合理的化学成分和炉料配比是获得优质铁液、生产高性能灰铸铁件的前提条件;(2)合理选择电炉熔化功率、炉料的加入方式和时机、高温静置温度与时间是获得优质铁液的重要环节;(3)选择能延长孕育效果和增强形核能力的Si-Ba孕育剂,以及Cu、Sn和Cr的合金化工艺,选用恰当的材料加入方式,可以使铸件基体组织细化,石墨形态优化,还可以减少白口倾向,改善加工性能。The key controlling points of using medium frequency induction furnace to melt high strength gray irons were introduced,and came to the following conclusions:(1)Determining rational chemical composition and melting charges mixing ratio were the prerequisite to obtain high quality iron melt for production of high properties gray iron castings.(2)Rationally choosing the melting power of induction furnace,proper adding method and adding time of the furnace charges,temperature and duration of high temperature holding were the important links to obtain high quality iron melt.(3)It was possible,by choosing the Si-Ba inoculant which could lengthen inoculation effect and strengthen nucleation capacity,as well as Cu,Sn and Cr alloying process,choosing proper materials adding method,to refine the matrix structure,optimize the graphite morphology of the castings,and also reduce chilling tendency and improve machining properties.
