摘 要:介绍了球墨铸铁的熔化现状,包括熔炼方式、配料工艺、主要原材料、铁液化学成分的控制、铸件球化等级,分析了球化等级低和熔化成本高的原因:(1)工艺流程不合理;(2)原材料比例不合理;(3)原材料质量不稳定;(4)孕育工艺不合理;(5)铁液化学成分不合理;(6)操作不规范。通过采取调整炉料构成、优化炉料配比、优化铁液成分及孕育工艺、采用中频炉—工频炉双联熔炼的方式等措施,首次实现了球墨铸铁的球化等级由3~4级提高到1~3级,既提高了铸件质量,同时又大幅度降低了熔化成本,达到了优质、高产、低耗的目的。The present situation of the nodular iron melting was introduced including the melting process type,charge mixing process,main raw materials,chemical compositions control of iron melt,and nodularity grade. The reasons causing low nodularity grade and high melting cost were analyzed:(1)Process flow was not rational.(2)Mixing ratio of the raw materials was not rational.(3)Quality of the raw materials was not stable.(4)Innoculating process was not rational.(5)Chemical composition of the iron melt was not rational.(6)Operation was not normative. By measures including adopting adjusting the furnace charges constitution,optimizing furnace charges mixing ratio,optimizing compositions of the iron melt and inoculating process,using medium frequency furnace-power frequency furnace duplex melting,for the first time the nodularity grade was elevated from3 ~4 grade to 1 ~3 grade,not only the castings quality was elevated,as well as the melting cost was also reduced by a wide margin,and the purpose of high quality,high yield,low consumption was reached.
