鼻三针配合素髎放血治疗酒糟鼻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻三针配合素髎放血治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效。方法将60例酒糟鼻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用鼻三针配合素髎放血治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。治疗4星期后,观察两组治疗前后皮损评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗2、3、4星期后皮损评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2、3、4星期后皮损评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻三针配合素髎放血是一种治疗酒糟鼻的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the three nasal acupoints plus bloodletting at Suliao （GV 25） in treating rosacea. Method Sixty rosacea patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at the three nasal acupoints plus bloodletting at Suliao （GV 25）, while the control group was intervened by ordinary medication. The skin lesion scores of the two groups were observed before and after 4-week treatment, and the clinical efficacies were also compared. Result The skin lesion scores were significantly changed after respectively 2, 3 and 4 weeks of treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. The skin lesion scores in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group respectively after 2, 3 and 4 weeks of treatment （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 73.3% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at the three nasal acupoints plus bloodletting at Suliao （GV 25） is an effective approach in treating rosacea.
