摘　　要：该文从皮肤应激反应、药物-经穴效应、神经-内分泌-免疫系统3方面入手,探讨天灸疗法的作用机制,从而为天灸疗法体系的发展提供科学依据,提高其临床治疗效果。From the three perspectives, skin stress response, medication-acupoint effect and neuroendocrine-immune system, this article discussed the action mechanism of vesiculation moxibustion therapy, to provide scientific evidence for the development of this therapy and to enhance its therapeutic efficacy.
