摘 要:以雪松灰为原料,采用一次煅烧-水化-二次煅烧的方法制备了雪松灰催化剂(绿色生物质灰催化剂),借助电感耦合等离子体质谱仪、同步热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和Hammett指示剂法等手段对雪松灰催化剂进行了表征,考察了其在酯交换反应合成生物柴油中的催化性能。结果表明,雪松灰催化剂的活性物种为CaO,碱强度为9.8<H-<15.0;在一次煅烧温度800℃、煅烧时间2h,二次煅烧温度500℃、煅烧时间2h,催化剂质量分数7%,催化时间5h,醇/油的摩尔比14∶1,催化温度65℃的最佳条件下,生物柴油收率达到91.52%;雪松灰催化剂具有较好的重复利用性能,第4次使用时,生物柴油收率仍能达到82.03%。Cedar ash catalyst(green biomass ash catalyst) was prepared by using primary calcination-hydration-secondary calcination method using cedar ash as raw material.The catalyst was characterized by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer,Simultaneous thermal analyzer,X-ray diffraction,Field emission scanning electron microscopy and Hammett indicator.The catalytic performance was investigated in the synthesis of biodiesel through transesterification reaction.It shows that the active species of cedar ash catalyst is CaO and the base strength of cedar ash catalyst is 9.8<H-<15.0.Under the optimal conditions of primary calcination temperature at800℃for 2 h,secondary calcination temperature at 500℃ for 2 h,catalyst mass fraction of 7%,reaction time of 5 h,methanol/oil molar ratio of 14∶1 and catalytic temperature at 65℃,the biodiesel yield reaches 91.52%.Cedar ash catalyst has good reusability performance.After the four-time regeneration,the biodiesel yield is still up to 82.03%.
