合肥市电动自行车道路交通安全管理研究

摘　　要：针对超标电动自行车、交通安全违法普遍和交通事故频发等问题选取二线城市合肥为例进行研究.通过数量研究法调研合肥市电动自行车的交通安全违法情况、道路通行条件和道路交通事故情况;通过调查法掌握合肥市政府相关部门的电动自行车道路交通安全管理情况;根据合肥市电动自行车运行特点,针对电动自行车管理方面存在的问题,以减少电动自行车道路交通事故及其人员伤亡人数、压降电动自行车交通安全违法和缓解城市道路交通压力为目标,为合肥市电动自行车道路交通安全管理提出管理对策.In China, electric bicycles have become one of the most important travel choices. However, the problems such as exceeding the standard of electric bicycles,traffic violations and traffic crashes have challenged many cities in China. In order to find the countermeasures of these problems,the second-tier city of Hefei had been selected as an example. Traffic violations,road conditions and road traffic crashes of Hefei electric bicycles had been investigated by the quantitative research method. T h e n the management measures about electric bicycle traffic safety put forward by Hefei municipal government departments had been learned by the investigation method . Finally, according to the operation characteristics of Hefei electric bicycles and the issues in the management of Hefei electric bicycles,this paper proposed a few countermeasures to reduce traffic crashes of electric bicycles and the number of casualties,reduce the traffic violations of electric bicycles and relieve the traffic pressure of urban roads.
