摘 要:为了探究锂离子电池隔膜用聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的叠加性能,测试其厚度、面密度、孔隙率、吸液率、孔径大小及分布和相关电化学性能。结果表明:随着聚丙烯熔喷非织造布叠加层数的增加,其厚度、面密度、内阻、孔隙率及吸液率相应增加;而孔径减小,孔径分布相对均匀。当叠加层数为5层时,其放电比容量降至82mAh/g。高倍率性能随着叠加层数的增加先增加后降低,当聚丙烯熔喷非织造布叠加4层时,其高倍率性能最优,在5C时为63mAh/g。In order to explore the laminated performance for melt-blown nonwoven fabric of lithium-ion battery separator,its thickness,surface density,porosity,absorbency,pore size,pore size distribution and related electrochemical properties were tested.The results show that:as laminated layers of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven increased,its thickness,surface density,internal resistance,porosity and absorbency increased,but pore size decreased and pore size distribution was relatively even.When the laminated layer reached to five layers,its discharge capacity dropped to 82 mAh/g.But its high rate performance increased firstly and decreased later with the increase of laminated layers.When the polypropylene melt-blown non-woven reached four layers,its high rate performance was best and its discharge capacitywas 63 mAh/g at 5 C.
