钻孔灌注桩“摘除法”凿桩头新技术在农溱园连接线工程中的运用

摘　　要：根据钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,桩头的凿除是一道不可避免的施工工序,通常凿除桩头方法是人工风镐凿除清顶。本文针对农溱园连接线桥梁工程施工实践,阐述"摘除法"凿桩头新技术,在加工桩基钢筋笼制作时,在主筋顶端(需凿除桩头的范围)采用聚氨酯发泡剂包裹主筋,成型固态发泡剂包裹直径达主筋直径的3-5倍,在成型固态发泡剂缠绕薄膜套保护,这就实现了桩头部位钢筋与混凝土的分离,该新工艺实现桩头凿除质量可控的情况下,同时节约人工费、机械费、加快施工周期。According to the construction technology of bored piles, pile head chisel in addition is a inevitable construction process, usually chisel in addition to the pile head method is arti？cial pick carved in addition to the top.
