摘　　要：我国城市出租汽车市场反映较为滞后,经常陷入供求失衡状态。研究出租汽车市场供求关系、评价市场供求水平,对出租汽车市场稳定发展具有十分重要的意义。在研究出租汽车市场供求特征的基础上,构建了出租汽车市场供求水平评价指标体系,建立了多层次模糊综合评价模型,结合实例进行了模型应用。China's urban taxi market is lagging behind and often falls into imbalance. It is important to study the relation of supply and demand and evaluate the supply and demand level for the stable development of taxi market. Based on the study of the character of the taxi market, taxi market supply and demand evaluation indices system was established and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed, finally made this model apply to instance.
