无水酒精治疗3例窝囊肿的个人体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨无水酒精治疗腘窝囊肿的优势。方法:收治腘窝囊肿患者3例,采用抽吸、无水酒精注射,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,3例患者的囊肿完全消失,达到完全治愈,随访5年无复发。结论:无水酒精治疗腘窝囊肿的优势在于操作过程简单、患者痛苦小、疗效肯定、减少复发风险。Objective：To explore the advantages of absolute alcohol in the treatment of popliteal cyst.Methods：3 patients with popliteal cyst were selected,and they were treated with aspiration and anhydrous alcohol injection.We observed the treatment effect.Results：After the treatment,the cysts in 3 patients disappeared completely and they were completely cured.There was no recurrence in 5 years of follow-up.Conclusion：Anhydrous alcohol in the treatment of popliteal cyst had the advantage of simple operation,little pain and better curative effect,and it can reduce the risk of recurrence.
