摘　　要：目的:探讨哈乐与抗生素联合使用对老年女性慢性尿路感染的临床效果。方法:收治慢性尿路感染老年女性患者68例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组采用哈乐与抗生素联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,治疗后症状复发率低于对照组。结论:哈乐与抗生素联合使用对老年女性慢性尿路感染的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of harnal combined with antibiotics in the treatment of elderly women with chronic urinary tract infection.Methods：68 elderly female patients with chronic urinary tract infection were selected.They were divided into the the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with harnal combined with antibiotics.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group after treatment.Conclusion：The clinical effect of harnal combined with antibiotics in the treatment of elderly women with chronic urinary tract infection was significant.
