摘　　要：目的:探讨青光眼患者出院后延续护理效果。方法:收治青光眼患者98例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上加用延续护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组医嘱遵循率和满意率高于对照组,1年再入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼患者出院后实施延续护理效果良好。Objective：To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on glaucoma patients after discharged from hospital.Methods：98 cases of glaucoma patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given conventional intervention,and the study group added with continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results：The compliance rate and satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the readmission rate in 1 year was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of continuous nursing intervention on glaucoma patients after discharged from hospital was better.
