摘　　要：目的:探讨绝经前后诸症患者的辨证施护。方法:收治绝经前后诸症患者50例。均行辨证施护,观察治疗效果。结果:将辨证施护应用于绝经前后诸证患者的临床治疗,有助于缓解患者精神压力,改善失眠,提高生活质量。结论:在绝经前后诸症患者的临床治疗过程中,运用辨证施护的方法,能改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量和治疗效果。Objective：To explore the syndrome differentiation nursing care of patients with various clinical symptoms before and after menopausal.Methods：50 patients with various clinical symptoms before and after menopausal were selected.They were given syndrome differentiation nursing care.We observed the treatment effect.Results：The application of syndrome differentiation nursing care in the clinical treatment of patients with various clinical symptoms before and after menopausal can help relieve mental stress,improve insomnia and improve the quality of life.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment process of patients with various clinical symptoms before and after menopausal,the application of syndrome differentiation nursing care can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and treatment effect of patients.
