摘　　要：目的:探讨产前产后护理对初产妇母乳分泌和喂养的临床效果。方法:收治初产妇130例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用产前产后护理,比较两组产妇母乳分泌及喂养状况。结果:观察组产妇母乳分泌<48 h例数、产妇喂养技巧掌握率和产妇母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产前产后护理对初产妇母乳分泌和喂养的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of prenatal care and postpartum care on breast milk secretion and feeding in primipara.Methods：130 cases of primipara were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group added with prenatal care and postpartum care on the basis of the control group.We compared the maternal milk secretion and feeding status of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the number of cases with maternal milk secretion in 48 hours,maternal feeding skills master rate and maternal breastfeeding rate were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of prenatal care and postpartum care on breast milk secretion and feeding in primipara was significant.
