摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动提高精神病住院患者保护性约束合格率的效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,确定主题,通过品管圈活动对精神病住院患者实施保护性约束过程中存在的问题进行分析,探讨品管圈活动对提高精神病住院患者保护性约束合格率的效果。结果:通过品管圈活动,精神病住院患者保护性约束合格率由51.96%提高到82.05%。结论:品管圈活动明显提高了精神病住院患者保护性约束合格率,优化了操作流程,同时提高了工作人员保护性约束操作的规范性,为全面提升医疗服务质量,保障护理人员及周围人员、环境安全发挥重要作用。Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the qualified rate of protective restraint in psychotic inpatients.Methods：We set up quality control circle group,determined the theme,through quality control circle activities of analysis of problems existing in the process of implementing protective restraint in psychiatric inpatients,to explore the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the qualified rate of protective restraint in psychotic inpatients.Results：Through the quality control circle activities,the qualified rate of of protective restraint in psychotic inpatients was increased from51.96% to 82.05%.Conclusion：The quality control circle activities had significantly improved the qualification rate of protective restraint in psychotic inpatients,optimized the operation process,and improved the standardization of the protective restraint operation of the staff.It played an important role in improving the quality of medical service and ensuring the safety of nursing staff,people and environment.
