摘 要:作为医院开展日常工作的重要环节,门诊工作十分复杂且细化,是接诊患者的第一线,也是患者获得初次诊治的重要平台,门诊护理是维护和保障门诊工作正常运行的主要环节,但复杂的就诊环节使得门诊护理容易出现较多疏忽造成护理纠纷,影响门诊工作正常运转。因此,积极分析门诊护理纠纷原因,并提出科学的防范措施显得十分重要。本文根据笔者多年从事门诊护理管理相关工作经验,探讨门诊护理纠纷原因及相应防范措施。As an important part of daily work in hospitals,outpatient work is very complex and detailed.It is the front line for patients to contact and receive,and it is also an important platform for patients to get the first diagnosis and treatment.The outpatient nursing is the main content of maintaining and ensuring the normal operation of the outpatient work,however,due to the complicated treatment process,the outpatient care is prone to more negligence and causes the nursing disputes,which affects the normal operation of the out-patient work.Therefore,it is very important to actively analyze the causes of outpatient nursing disputes and to put forward scientific precautions.In this paper,the reasons for outpatient nursing disputes and the corresponding preventive measures are discussed according to the author's own experience in nursing management for many years.
