摘 要:为了提高玉米剥皮过程中的除净率及工作效率,实现脱落玉米较少且便于收集,研制了一种立式玉米剥皮机。该玉米剥皮机工作时,玉米穗与摩擦辊之间摩擦力较大,玉米穗分布均匀,移动顺畅,剥皮效果好,工作效率高,且脱落的玉米粒与玉米皮排出方向不同,便于分别收集。该研究为玉米剥皮技术的普及推广开辟了新的途径。A new vertical corn husker is designed to improve the working efficiency as well as the cleaning ratio of the corn husk and achieve low detachment of the niblets as well as easier collection of corn when separating corn cob from the corn husk. This newly designed corn husker generates greater force of friction between corncob and friction roller in the working process so that the corncob could be equally distributed and move smoothly. As a result,better peeling effect and higher working efficiency can be achieved. The detached niblet and corn husk are discharged from different directions and thus collected separately. Corncobs are evenly distributed into each pair of the friction rollers. Under the pressure of the leaf spring,enough stress between the corncobs and friction rollers can be kept consistently. Depending on the spiral and downward gravity,the corncobs could move smoothly. Consequently,the working efficiency can be improved dramatically. This surely opens up a new way to popularize and promote this new vertical corn husker.
