摘  要:针对农业生产中,缺乏与大马力拖拉机配套作业的旋耕机的问题,研制了1GKN系列旋耕机。采用整体框架式结构和中间齿轮传动的传动方式,使传动更平稳,受力更平衡;通过合理设计机架、圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速箱、刀轴和刀轴座的结构,以及采用合理的制造工艺,对原旋耕机进行了改进和技术提升。田间性能试验表明:与该系列旋耕机配套的动力范围达14.7~95.6k W,可完成旋耕深度8~16cm、土壤破碎率≥60%、耕后平整度≤3cm、植被覆盖率≥85%,以及生产效率0.2hm2/h^0.7 hm2/h的目标。In term of the problem of the lack of supporting the operation of high-power tractor rotary cultivator in the agricultural production,the writer has developed the 1GKN series rotary tiller. Adopting integral frame structure and middle gear transmission make the transmission more stable and the force more balanced; Through the reasonable design of the structure of machine frame,the conical cylindrical gear reducer,the cutter shaft and cutter shaft seat,and the using reasonable manufacturing process,the original rotary cultivator is improved technologically. The field performance test shows that the tractor dynamic matched with the series rotary cultivator range from 14. 7k W to 95. 6k W,meanwhile,the target of the 8 ~ 16 cm rotary tillage depth,the soil crushing rate greater than 60%,the roughness after tillage less than or equal to 3cm,the vegetation coverage rate more than 85% square,and the production efficiency of 0. 2-0. 7hm^2/h can be achieved.
