摘 要:利用微型管式炉对生物油模拟物进行催化加压试验,研究模拟物催化加压的特性以及反应机理。以分子筛HZSM-5为载体,通过浸渍法制备负载Ni、Co的HZSM-5催化剂,并对其进行表征。结果表明:加压能减少催化剂的积碳,但过高会使催化剂失活;压强为1.5MPa、温度为250°C及反应时间为30min时,模拟物各组分的转化率较高,乙酸的转化率能达到92.75%,模拟物p H值从2.31提高到5.74。同时,探讨了模拟物加氢催化脱氧的反应机理。Bio-oil model compounds pressure catalytic was study in the micro tube furnace,the pressure characteristics and reaction mechanism was investigated. On the carrier of molecular HZSM-5,prepared by impregnation method of Ni,Co loading HZSM-5 and catalysts were characterized. The results showed that the pressure can reduce the carbon deposition,but high pressure was easy to cause catalyst deactivation; Under optimal conditions of 250℃,1. 5MPa and 30 min,analog conversion rate of composition was better,the conversion rate about the model compounds of acetic acid were92. 75%,the p H changed from 2. 31 to 5. 74; through the simulation had been discussed,the hydrogenation mechanisms were proposed.
