摘 要:整机结构形式、操控方式等要素是影响大幅度喷杆式喷雾机整机性能的主要因素。为此,通过查阅文献,从喷杆基本结构形式和喷杆式喷雾机控制及调整方式两方面来综述大幅度喷杆式喷雾机的结构形式,分析不同结构形式喷雾机的性能特点及操控的方便性等。通过查阅资料及综合分析,钢结构桁架结构是目前大幅度喷杆式喷雾机主要结构形式。在操控方面,主要以液压折叠为主,个别型号机械能实现半自动或手动高度调节,能进行喷杆仰角的调整机械国内还鲜见报道。It is the main factors that affect the whole machine performance of large amplitude boom sprayer are the whole machine structure and the way of control mode. The basic structure of boom and the way of control and adjust were summarized respectively by the literature to review the structure form of large amplitude boom sprayer. Then the performance characteristics of different structure forms sprayer were analyzed,such as convenience for operation. The steel structure and truss structure are the main structure form for large amplitude boom sprayer at present,which was discovered by searching and comprehensive analysis for related information. In terms of control,mainly hydraulic folding,only some individual model of machinery can achieve the semi-automatic or manual height adjustment,but the machinery can be carried out in the adjustment of the elevation angle of boom is still rarely reported.
