摘　　要：针对农业精准喷雾的要求,提出了一种基于PLC的喷杆喷雾机变量喷雾自动控制系统的设计方案,分析了变量喷雾自动控制系统的工作流程,介绍了自动控制系统的硬件及软件设计,实现了对喷头流量和工作压力的自动控制,提高了喷雾作业的自动化和精准化水平。In order to meet the requirement of precision spraying in agriculture,a design scheme of variable spray automatic control system based on PLC is presented,analysis of the automatic control system of variable spray process,introduced the hardware and software design of automatic control system,automatic control,automatic control of working pressure on the nozzle flow,improve the automation level and the precision of the spraying work.
