摘 要:针对玉米形态结构可视化表达过程中传统测量方法获取特征参数时复杂且误差较大等问题,应用Fast SCAN三维扫描仪,实现了对玉米整株实体重建,并计算了其形态特征参数。首先,在三叶期至拨节期动态三维模型的重构中构建了点云三维模型;然后,运用Geomagic Spark,通过拟合曲面方法获取玉米整株株高、株宽、茎粗等特征参数。对这一时期三维重构的整株玉米进行特征参数计算,平均株高范围0.070 0~0.716 4m,平均株宽范围0.093 6~0.603 3m,平均茎粗范围0.302 7~2.441 3cm。通过直接测量和扫描测量玉米株高、株宽、茎粗的回归分析发现:三维扫描方法具有较高的测量精度。实验结果表明:该方法能够精准地构造玉米的三维形态,快速、无损获取玉米整株的生理生态特性参数及规律,为研究玉米冠层光照分布及生产实践提供了良好的理论基础和技术支持。In the visualization expression process of maize morphology and structure,there exist a lot of problems such as complex operation and big error in traditional measuring method for characteristic parameters This paper realized volume reconstruction for whole plants of maize by Fast SCAN 3D scanner and computed its morphology parameters. First,a point clouds 3D model was constructed from trileaf stage to jointing stage. Then,the paper created a fitting surface to get the characteristic parameters such as the maize whole plant height,plant width and stem thickness using Geomagic Spark.After calculating the maize whole plants characteristics parameters in 3D Reconstruction,the average plant height range was from 0. 0700-0. 7164 m,the average plant width range was from 0. 0936-0. 6033 m,the average range of stem thickness was from 0. 3027-2. 4413 cm. Comparison of direct( destructive) and indirect( terrestrial laser scanning)measurements of corn stems height width. and roughness,Found that method has high accuracy of measurement The results showed that the method can accurately structure the three-dimensional shape of maize and obtain lossless physiological and ecological characteristics parameters and law of the whole maize plants rapidly. This paper provides good theoretical basis and technical support for the study and production practice of maize canopy light distribution.
