摘  要:为了解决有机蔬菜安全信息不对称的问题,提出了一种基于Android和QR码的有机蔬菜溯源系统,实现了有机蔬菜产地和流通信息的共享,并设计了整套基于PLC控制的有机蔬菜自动溯源分拣机械。通过分析RFID技术在食品溯源应用,参考目前技术成熟的QR码和Android手机,对有机蔬菜质量溯源系统和分拣机进行了总体设计。综合分析各种形式的QR码,选用了矩阵式二维QR码,作为溯源系统识别的二维码,并利用Arnold和DCT图像变换技术对二维码进行加密,保证了QR码的可靠性。为了实现自动分拣和QR的自动生成,采用PLC控制对整套分拣机设备进行了优化,实现了根据不同颜色类别和形状进行分级别生成QR码功能,提高了有机蔬菜溯源系统的自动化程度。In order to solve the organic vegetable safety problem of asymmetric information,it put forward a kind of organic vegetable traceability system and Android based on QR code,which realizes the sharing of organic vegetable production and circulation of information,and designs a set of automatic sorting machine of organic vegetable traceability based on PLC control. By analyzing the application of RFID technology in food traceability,it refers to the current mature technology of QR code and Android mobile phone,the overall design of organic vegetable quality traceability system and sorting machine. A comprehensive analysis of the various forms of QR code,the matrix of two-dimensional QR code,as two-dimensional code traceability system identification,and the two-dimensional code is encrypted with the Arnold and DCT image transform technology,to ensure the reliability of the QR code. In order to realize the automatic sorting and automatic generation of QR,it uses PLC to control the whole machine sorting device to generate the sub level QR code according to different color and shape categories,which improves the degree of automation of the organic vegetable traceability system.
