摘 要:为进行振动式枸杞采收装置的研发,需寻求枸杞植株动力学特性。通过田间调研获得枸杞植株基本参数和树形结构,利用Solid Works软件进行植株的三维模型的简化和建立,并利用ANSYS Workbench对植株进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,由模态分析获得植株前10阶固有频率。由谐响应分析可知:当激振频率为23Hz时植株能获得最大加速度响应;提取激振不同位置时各关键点的最大加速度值并进行曲线拟合,获得枸杞植株一侧枝条的动态传递规律模型,通过输入关键点代号,确定施加力的大小,选取对应激振条件,即可得到该关键点在激振条件下的最大加速度。In order to study the vibration lycium barbarum harvesting mechanism,lycium barbaru plant dynamics characteristics need to be explored. Basic parameters and tree structure of lycium barbarum plant were obtained through field investigation. Using Solid Works to simplify and establish three-dimensional model of plant. Modal and harmonious response of plant were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench. First 10 natural frequencies of plant were obtained by modal analysis. Harmonic response analysis shows that when excitation frequency is 23 Hz,plant can obtain the maximum acceleration response; curve it to fit what maximum acceleration value of each key point under different excitation conditions,then formula of dynamic transmission of lycium barbarum was obtained. The results can provide a reference for studying the vibration harvesting mechanism of lycium barbarum.
