摘 要:玉米种植前、中期是玉米生产的重要时期,期间生长速度快、环境要求高,主要的田间管理作业包括施肥、防病防虫、洒水、中耕除草等;但现有玉米管理机大多功能单一,无法满足玉米田通过性等要求。为此,设计开发了一种多功能铰接式玉米田间管理机强动力底盘。试验结果表明:该管理机离地间隙为1.2m,配备农机具可顺利完成玉米所需的田间管理作业,空载行驶速度最高可达20km/h,配载作业速度可控在0~8km/h。该底盘为推动玉米管理的全程机械化发展提供了技术支持。The first and middle stages of maize are important periods of maize production,during the period,growing fastly,high environmental requirements,the main field management operations include the fertilization,disease prevention and pest control,watering,weeding and so on; However,the existing management of corn machine mostly single function,and can not meet the trafficability characteristic requirements of corn field,In order to solve the above problems,we have designed and developed a kind of multi-functional machine strong power chassis articulated corn field management. The experimental results showed that the management machine clearance from the ground 1. 2m,conforming to the requirements trafficability characteristic of the corn field,equipped with farm machinery can be required to complete the corn field management work smoothly,management machine no-load speeds of up to 20 km/h,it equipped with agricultural machinery operation speed controllable 0 to 8( km/h); chassis structure design is reasonable,to promote the development of mechanization in the whole process of the corn management provides the technical support.
