摘 要:为满足减少机器能耗、提高整体刚度的需求,基于产品轻量化思想对小型甘蔗收获机台架板件厚度进行尺寸优化设计。以台架板件加权特征值最小为优化目标、台架质量为约束,采用规划法对板厚进行优化设计,得到结构厚度的最优尺寸。优化后结构的1阶固有频率由25.91Hz增加到29.08Hz,提高了12.23%,台架的刚性得到加强。此外,通过尺寸优化设计,台架质量在原来的基础上减少了12kg,达到轻量化的目的,可为同类甘蔗收获机台架的轻量化设计提供参考。In order to meet the needs of reducing the energy consumption and improving the overall stiffness of the machine,the paper designs the size optimization of the thickness of the stand of the small scale sugarcane harvester based on the idea of lightweight. Taking the minimum value of the weighted value of the whole board as the optimization objective,the size is obtained,the optimization of the plate thickness is carried out by using the planning method. The first-order natural frequency of the optimized structure is increasing from 25. 91 Hz to 29. 08 Hz,an increase of 12. 23%,and the rigidity of the stand is strengthened. In addition,through the re design of the size,the quality of the stand is reduced by 12 kg on the basis of the original,so as to achieve the purpose of lightweight. the method for suagrcane harvester frame provides the reference of the lightweight design.
