摘 要:为了解决田间育秧泥浆机械化提升和输送技术难题,探究了倾斜式螺旋输送机的工作原理,以及关键部件的结构与工作参数的优化,设计了一种螺旋式泥浆提升和输送装置。根据螺旋轴转速和螺旋倾角等主要工作参数的变化,进行了不同因素组合下的工作过程试验研究。结果表明:螺旋轴倾角对泥浆输送性能的影响程度大于螺旋轴转速;在满足田间育秧泥浆铺设要求的条件下,采用螺旋轴倾角45°、螺旋轴转速250r/min时,具有最佳的泥浆提升与输送性能及较低的功率消耗。本研究可为田间育秧过程中泥浆铺设机械化机具研制提供参考。In order to solve the technical problems of lifting and conveying the mud on raising rice seedlings in field,a screw device for mud lifting and conveying was designed by exploring the principles of screw conveyor and tuning the parameters of structure and the operating condition. By changing and controlling the different screw shaft rotating speed and inclination angle,the device could be used to carry out the performance test of the different operational parameters. According to the different rotation speed and inclination angle of the screw shaft,the working process test under different factors combination is carried out. Results of the test showed that,the influence of the inclination angle of screw shaft on the transmission performance of the device was greater than the rotating speed,and when the inclination angle of the screw shaft was 45° and the rotational speed of screw shaft was 250r/min,the screw device for mud lifting and conveying was in the best operation condition. This research has provided a reference for the study on the screw machinery for mud lifting and conveying on raising rice seedlings in field.
