摘 要:结合秸秆等田间剩余物特性,将粉碎机构与履带式底盘相结合,提出了一种可以在田间灵活行走的履带式粉碎机设计方案,并对粉碎机构的整体结构和关键零部件进行了详细设计。制造出样机并对样机进行试验研究,结果表明:所选汽油机能带动粉碎机平稳转动,作业过程中无震颤、异响,且粉碎机粉碎效率高,成品率高达93.2%。该机完全能够满足在田间工作的要求,可以在田间灵活行走,结构紧凑,为提高林间剩余物的有效利用提供了经验,并为发展相关移动式粉碎设备奠定了基础。Proceeding from the characteristics of field residues such as straw,this paper probes into the design scheme of crawler crusher that can be flexibly carried out in the field. By discussing the functions and important positions of the structure of the pulverizer,we developed a practical design of the crawler crusher,which installs the crushing mechanism in caterpillar chassis in order to walk freely in the farmland,the detailed design is combined with the characteristics of field residual,the overall structure of the crushing mechanism and key components are included. According to the default program,we provide the hammer-type crushing method to create a prototype,and validation experiment is in progress to verify whether there existing abnormal phenomenon. The results show that the selected gasoline engine can drive the pulverizers to rotate smoothly,without tremor and abnormal sound during the operation. The pulverizer worked with high efficiency and the yield is up to 93. 2%. Additionally,the machine can fully meet the requirements of the field work. With compact structure,it can be flexible in the field. As what has been discussed above,the author of this article presents knowledge that the study offers advanced guidance in the hope that they would be of some help to provide paramount experience for the effective utilization of field residues.
