农用运输车停缸节油装置的试验分析

摘  要:停缸断油是一种车辆节能减排的有效途径,由于其高成本目前只能用于高档轿车。针对农用运输车低成本的特点和节能减排的需求,提出了一种停缸断油的装置和实现方案。模拟了市区运行和市郊运行两种工况对加装该装置后的车辆进行了排放测试,并用碳平衡法计算了油耗。结果表明:加装该方案的停缸断油装置后,小负荷下可节油25%左右,HC、CO、CO_2排放均有所改善,但NOx的提高需要采用排气管蝶阀控制装置和重新设定ECU停缸断油时的参数来加以控制。Cylinder deactivation with oil off is an effective way to energy saving and emission reduction,because of its high cost at present can only be used for high-end cars. According to the characteristics of low cost and the demand of energy saving and emission reduction a device and a method for cylinder deactivation with oil off. The emissions of the vehicle after the installation of the device were tested in two working conditions of urban and suburban areas,and the fuel consumption was calculated by using the carbon balance method. The results show that the vehicle after the installation of cylinder deactivation and oil off device can save about 25% fuel under the small and medium load,HC,CO,CO2 emissions are improved. However,the deterioration of NOxneeds to use the exhaust pipe valve control device and reset the parameters of the ECU to be controlled.
