摘　　要：掌握天津市从业人员预防性健康检查监管现状,为天津市从业人员预防性健康检查工作提供科学依据。方法:通过文献研究法查阅专业领域书籍和文献,梳理汇总预防性健康检查相关法律修订情况,从健康检查的概念与分类入手,探讨预防性健康检查监管存在的问题及对策建议。结果:从业人员预防性健康检查无法可依,"健康证"名称不规范,无法真正证明健康,持"健康证"上岗依然存在传染病发生与流行的隐患。结论:建议为"健康证"作进一步的科学定义,研究出台新的涉及"从业人员预防性健康检查"的法规、规章或者整合现有的法规或规章。Mastering present situation of preventive health examination of practitioners, to provide a scientific basis for preventive health examination of practitioners in Tianjin. Methods： Reviewing professional books and literature by literature research, combing the summary revised the relevant laws and regulations on preventive health examination, through the concept and classification of health examination to discuss all kinds of existing problems and countermeasures on health examination of practitioners. Results： Health examination of practitioners has no law to application. Health Card is not a standard name, can＇t really prove that health. Those who take Health Card still exists the bidden trouble of the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases, Conclusion： It＇s necessary to put forward scientific definition of Health Card, research on proposing laws and regulations on health examination of practitioners or integrate the existing laws and regulations.
