乳腺癌患者支持性照顾需求与生活质量的纵向研究

摘　　要：目的:调查不同测评时间点乳腺癌患者支持性照顾需求和生活质量现况;探索二者变化趋势,为患者制定个性化护理干预方案提供参考。方法:采取便利抽样法选取乳腺癌患者94例,应用一般情况调查表、支持性照顾需求量表、乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表对患者进行调查。结果:用重复测量方差分析比较支持性照顾需求4次测量得分,结果显示生理与日常生活、照顾与支持、健康信息、性需求维度得分间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较生活质量4次测量结果显示,总均分及各维度得分均分间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者支持性照顾需求及生活质量多个维度得分在不同测评时间点均存在差异,需科学评估,并根据患者个体情况有针对性地进行护理干预。Objective： To describe the current situation about supportive care needs and quality of life of breast cancer women at four time points during their treatment; to explore the trends of these changes in order to provide evidence for personalized nursing intervention of patients. Methods： We selected 94 patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a longitudinal investigation and we used a self-designed questionnaire, Supportive Care Need Survey Short-Form （SCNS-SF34） and Quality of life （FACT-B, V4.0）. Results： Data were analyzed by repeated measurement analysis of variance. The scores of physical and daily life, patient care support, and health information and sexual needs showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. And the scores of the quality of life and each dimension showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There were significant differences between quality of life and supportive care needs at different time points. Nurses should do scientific evaluation and provide personalized care to the patients.
