摘 要:甘蔗宿根破头率偏高是阻碍小型甘蔗收获机应用研究的主要瓶颈问题。据前期研究发现,抑制切割系统的振动能有效降低甘蔗宿根破头率。为此,通过理论分析、仿真和试验探究在各种振动激励源的冲击载荷作用下切割系统的动态特性及切割器的振动特性。结果表明:蔗地路谱激励频率范围在0~10Hz,发动机激励、砍蔗激励可通过力的正弦函数来描述;砍蔗系统前两阶固有频率为24.114Hz和34.454Hz,所构建的有限元模型较准确;复杂激励下切割器位移响应幅值最大的频率为84.7、6.22、8.10Hz,激励频率为61.36Hz时Y向位移最小。High broken rate of sugarcane ratoon is the main bottleneck hindering the application research of small sugar- cane harvester. According to previous study, inhibition of vibration of cutting system can effectively reduce the broken rate of sugarcane ratoon. Through theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental method, this paper explores dynamic characteristics of cutting system and vibration characteristics of the cutter under the action of impact load of various vibra- tion excitations. The results show that the frequency range of sugarcane road spectrum excitation is 0 - 10Hz, and engine excitation or cutting sugarcane excitation can be described by sine function of force. The first two order natural frequency of cutting sugarcane system is 24.114Hz and 34. 454Hz and the finite element model built is accurate. The frequency is 84.7Hz, 6.22Hz and 8.10Hz when cutter displacement response reaches maximum under complex excitation. And un- der the excitation frequency of 61.36Hz Y displacement reaches minimum.
