摘 要:为考察反转旋耕灭茬作业机械中刀具排列对作业效果的影响,设计了3种反转旋耕刀具排列为基本试验组,以刀具人字排列正转旋耕灭茬为对照组,进行了田间试验。试验结果显示:正转旋耕正人字排列组试验平均驱动功耗27.65k W,耕深稳定性94.6%,优于反转旋耕的3种方案结果;而从埋茬分布率和耕后地表平整度观察情况来看,反旋3种刀具排列方案均优于正转旋耕方案。其中,刀具人字形排列反转灭茬碎土率为89.1%,埋茬分布率为59.6%,高于其他3组。试验结果表明:反转旋耕灭茬整体作业效果优于正转作业,而刀具人字形排列方案为所有反转灭茬中效果最好的排列方案。For investigating the influence on tillage effectiveness of reverse rotary cultivator, research background is analyzed and three blades arrangement schemes were proposed. The average energy consumption of forward rotary cultivator with backward V type blades arrangement is 27.65 kW, and the stability of tilling depth is 94.6%, which are better than other schemes. The blades arrangement of reverse rotary have better results of buried stubble distribution and the surface roughness after tillage, and soil breaking rate of V type blades arrangement is 89.1% and buried stubble distribu- tion is 59.6% , which are higher than other blades arrangement schemes. The experimental results show that the perform- ance of three blades arrangement shemes of reverse rotary cultivator is better than forward reverse cultivator scheme, as well as the V type arrangement scheme has best tillage performance in given schemes.
