摘 要:为研究稻秆青贮时喷洒的乳酸菌稀释液在稻秆叶鞘表面上的沉积性能,依据对叶鞘表面进行电镜扫描及形态分析,利用设计的液体添加装置,在固定喷量条件下,选取取样部位、喷嘴角度和喷嘴直径为试验因素,以单位叶鞘面积上生物染料丽春红S(示踪剂)的沉积量为试验评价指标,进行3因素5水平正交旋转喷雾沉积试验。结果表明:各因素对沉积量的影响规律为:取样部位、喷嘴角度对沉积影响极显著,喷嘴直径对沉积影响不显著。In order to clarify the deposit characteristics of lactic acid bacteria dilution on the surface of rice leaf sheath,the liquid addition device is installed to spray deposition test. Scanning and morphological analysis of leaf sheath surface by using the electron microscope showed the surface morphology of leaf sheath from roots to shoots differed significantly.Under the condition of fixed spray volume,the sampling position,nozzle angle and nozzle diameter were selected as experimental factors,and the deposition amount of Ponceau S in the unit area was used as the evaluation index,the experiment was done. Experimental results showed that: the sampling position,nozzle angle on the results are significant,the nozzle diameter on the result is not significant. The closer the sampling position to the root,the greater the deposition,the smaller angle of the nozzle will help to increase the deposition.
