正火处理对高铬铸铁深松铲尖力学性能的影响

摘  要:为解决自制高铬耐磨深松铲韧性差、易破碎的问题,对高铬铸铁进行了正火处理的研究。由试验结果可知:正火处理是提高铸造铲尖韧性的有效方法,经过正火处理的高铬深松铲尖的冲击韧度最大提高到1.8倍;随着正火温度的升高,铲尖的硬度和耐磨性有所下降,韧性显著提高,最佳的正火处理参数为900℃。试样的最佳力学性能为:维氏硬度543HV,冲击功3.0J,60min时的磨损量0.090g。In order to solve the self-made high chromium wear-resistant subsoiler poor toughness,easy to break the problem of high chromium cast iron were studied by normalizing treatment. The test results show that the normalizing treatment is an effective method to improve the toughness of casting shovel tip,after normalized Gao Geshen shovel tip of the maximum impact toughness increased to 1. 8 times. With the increase of normalizing temperature,hardness and wear resistance of the shovel tip decreased,significantly improve the toughness,normalizing the optimal parameters of 900 degrees,the best mechanical properties were as follows: Vivtorinox hardness is 543 HV,the impact energy is 3. 0J,the wear of weight was 0. 090 g in 60 minutes.
