3种不同促排卵治疗方案对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨3种不同促排卵治疗方案对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年2月-2017年2月间该院诊治的126例多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床资料,按照随机原则分为氯米芬(CC)组、人绝经期促性腺激素(hMG)组和联合治疗组,比较3组患者临床疗效。结果 CC组和联合治疗组患者人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)注射日血清雌二醇水平明显高于hMG组患者,hMG组和联合治疗组患者血清黄体生成素水平明显高于CC组患者(P<0.05);hMG组和联合治疗组患者hCG注射日子宫内膜厚度明显大于CC组患者,联合治疗组患者成熟卵泡个数明显多于CC组和hMG组患者(P<0.05);hMG组和联合治疗组患者排卵率及妊娠率均明显高于CC组患者(P<0.05);h MG组和联合治疗组患者卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率明显高于CC组患者,且hMG组患者明显高于联合治疗组患者(P<0.05)。结论 CC联合hMG治疗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵疗效确切,能够有效提高妊娠率,降低卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率。Objective To explore the curative effect of three different ovulation induction protocols in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with PCOS diagnosed and treated in Changchun Obstetrics-Gynecology Hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 was analyzed retrospectively,then the patients were randomly divided into clomiphene citrate（ CC）group,human menopausal gonadotropin（ hMG） group and combination therapy group. The clinical effects in the three groups were compared. Results The levels of serum estrogen on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin（ hCG） injection in CC group and combination therapy group were statistically significantly higher than that in hMG group,and the levels of serum luteinizing hormone（ LH） in hMG group and combination therapy group were statistically significantly higher than that in CC group（ P0. 05）. Endometrial thickness on the day of hCG injection in hMG group and combination therapy group were statistically significantly thicker than that in CC group,and the number of mature follicles in combination therapy group was statistically significantly higher than those in CC group and hMG group（ P0. 05）. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in hMG group and combination therapy group were statistically significantly higher than those in CC group（ P0. 05）. The incidence rate of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in hMG group and combination therapy group were statistically significantly higher than that in CC group,and the incidence rate of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in hMG group was statistically significantly higher than that in combination therapy group（ P0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of CC combined with hMG in treatment of PCOS is significant,the therapy can effectively improve pregnancy rate and reduce the incidence rate of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
