仙方活命饮治疗现代疾病的临床应用与展望

摘　　要：仙方活命饮是中医外科名方,具有清热解毒、消肿散结、活血止痛等作用,原方用于治疗阳证痈疡初起。笔者综述了近年来仙方活命饮在内外妇儿科、骨科中的临床应用概况,认为各种炎症性疾病的急、慢性期多可应用仙方活命饮治疗,并指出仙方活命饮或可用于改善射频消融术后的不良反应。Xianfang Huoming yin is a famous prescription of Chinese medicine surgery with the efficacy of clearing heat and detoxification,detumescence and lump dissipation,and activating blood and analgesia.The original prescription is applied to the beginning of carbuncle with yang syndrome.The authors summarized the clinical application of Xianfang Huoming yin in departments of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and orthopaedics in recent years.The authors concluded that acute and chronic stage of inflammatory diseases all can be treated with Xianfang Huoming yin,and pointed out that Xianfang Huoming yin can be used to improve adverse reactions after radiofrequency ablation.
