针刺足三里神经影像试验的文献计量学研究

摘　　要：近年来,针刺足三里神经影像研究备受关注。文章检索近十五年发表的相关文献,最终纳入符合条件的中英文文献40篇。对此采用文献计量学研究方法分析发现:在研究内容方面,主要围绕足三里穴位特异性、作用机制及影响因素三个方面展开;在实验设计方面,普遍存在样本量偏小,实验设计不尽合理,扫描手段较为单一等问题;在研究结果方面,边缘系统和疼痛矩阵是足三里针刺效应的关键脑区。In recent years, acupuncture - neuroimaging studies on Zusanli （ST36） have drawn a lot of attention. By searching the relevant papers in recent fifteen years ,40 original papers which matched the including criteria had been included in this stud- y. Using the biblimetric methods, we found these researches are mainly about the specificity of Zusanli（ ST36 ） , its mechanism and influencing factors. For the design and methods in the research, the sample size is pretty small, the control is irrational and single scanning is often used. For the results, the limbic system and the pain matrix are important brain areas in investigating the effect of acupuncture on Zusanli （ ST36 ）.
