摘 要:目的:利用中医传承辅助平台分析《中药成方制剂》中含"乌梅"方剂的配伍规律,为乌梅的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,从《中药成方制剂》数据库中筛选含"乌梅"的方剂,采用频次统计、关联规则等数据挖掘方法,对治疗疾病、证候及组方配伍进行分析;并选取高频药对及高频疾病进行药物组合深度分析。结果:获得含"乌梅"的方剂共59首,涉及药味272种,常用药物组合28个;主治中医疾病15种(频次≥3),主要证候8种(频次≥3);选取高频药对"乌梅-甘草""乌梅-白芍"和高频疾病"胃痛""痹病"进行药物组合的深度分析,显示乌梅在不同药对中作用方向有差异,在不同疾病中治疗作用各异。结论:乌梅不同组方配伍和乌梅"收""散"的双重特性决定其作用灵活多样。临床上应根据病证特点,选择合理的药物配伍进行有针对性的治疗,以发挥乌梅不同的功效。Objective : To analyze compatibility regularity of prescriptions containing Dark Plum in Chinese Patent Formulae in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods : Based on the TCM Inheritance Supporting System ( V2.5 ) ( TC- MISS), we screened prescriptions containing Dark Plum from Chinese Patent Formulae database. Frequency statistics and associa- tion rules data mining methods were used to analyze the attending disease, syndrome and prescription rules. High -frequency dis- eases and herb pairs were selected to do depth analysis of drug combinations. Results : There were a total of 59 prescriptions contai- ning Dark Plum involving 272 kinds of herbs and 28 commonly - used drug combinations, mainly for 15 kinds of diseases(the fre- quency 1〉 3 ) and 8 kinds of syndromes ( the frequency I〉 3 ). Depth analysis of drug combinations was done with "Dark Plum - liq- uorice" and "Dark Plum - Radix paeoniae alba" as the high - frequency herb pairs and with "stomachache" and "arthralgia syndrome" as the high - frequency diseases. The results indicated that Dark Plum in different pairs had different functions, and its therapy effect was different in different diseases. Conclusion : It distinguished different formulae compatibility and "astringing - dis- persing" dual characteristics of Dark Plum determined flexible and different roles of the prescriptions. We should select reasonable drug compatibility for targeted therapy according to disease characteristics in order to perform different functions.
