通肺络补宗气方对特发性肺间质纤维化患者血清TGF-β、TNF-α、CTGF及PDGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究通肺络补宗气方对特发性肺间质纤维化患者血清TGF-β、TNF-α、CTGF及PDGF水平的影响。方法:35例患者随机分为两组,观察组17例,对照组18例,对照组采用大剂量N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,观察组在此基础上加服通肺络补宗气方,疗程3个月。结果:观察组治疗后TGF-β水平明显降低,优于对照组(P<0.05),对于TNF-α、CTGF和PDGF-AA,两组之间比较无统计学意义。结论:通肺络补宗气方可能通过下调TGF-β的水平从而抑制成纤维细胞增殖。Objective ： To study the effect of Tonffeiluo Buzongqi Prescription on serum TGF-β、TNF-α, CTGF and PDGF levels of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods：We randomly divided the 35 patients into treatment and control groups, 17 cases in treatment group and 18 cases in control group. The control group was treated with large dosage of n - acetyl - 1 - cysteine, while the treatment group was treated with Tongfeiluo Buzongqi Prescription plus large dosage of n - acetyl - 1 - cysteinc. The treatment period was three months. Results ： The levels of TGF - 15 among the treatment group declined significantly and compared with the control group, the difference was also statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. For TNF- alpha, CTGF and PDGF, there was no signifi- cant changes. Conclusion：The mechanism of Tonfeiluo Buzongqi Prescription treating IPF may be related with lowering the level of serum TGF - β in IPF patients.
