基于“冬病夏治”论穴位贴敷结合小儿推拿治疗小儿慢性咳嗽

摘　　要：目的:观察、比较穴位贴敷法、小儿推拿法及两者结合法治疗小儿慢性咳嗽疗效差异,为小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗提供参考。方法:90例小儿慢性咳嗽患者随机分为穴位贴敷组、小儿推拿组、两者结合组,每组30例。穴位贴敷组选用辽宁中医药大学第一附属医院的"伏九贴膏"在每年的三伏进行穴位贴敷,每10天1次,3次为1个疗程;小儿推拿组通过选取肺经、肝经、内八卦、膻中等进行穴位按摩,每天1次,连续10 d为1个疗程,两者结合组采用"伏九贴膏"与小儿推拿的结合方法,操作次数与疗程和另两组相同。通过回访观测证候量表分数的变化,从而比较单纯及结合疗法的不同疗效。结果:穴位贴敷组、小儿推拿组和两者结合组的总有效率分别为90.0%、86.7%和93.3%,治疗后3组证候积分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷疗法、小儿推拿疗法及两者结合法对小儿慢性咳嗽均具有良好的治疗效果,但两者结合效果更为显著,安全有效适宜推广。Objective：To observe and compare the differences among acupoint sticking method, pediatric massage,the combina- tion of the two methods of children with chronic cough so as to provide the reference for treatment. Methods ： Ninety cases of chil- dren with chronic cough were randomly divided into acupoint sticking group, pediatric massage group, the combination group, each group 30 cases. Acupoint sticking group selected Fujiu piaster in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,every 10 days,3 times as a course of treatment. Pediatric massage group selected the acupoints in lung, liver meridians and internal Bagua and Danzhong, once a day, 10 days for a course of treatment. The combination group used Fujiu paste and the combination of pediatric massage method ,the times and treatment course were the same as the other two groups＇. By observing the change of the score of syndrome scale, we can compare the different curative effects of the two therapy. Results：The total effective rates of acupoint sticking group, pediatric massage group and combination group were 90. 0% ,86.7% and 93.3% respectively. The scores of the three groups after treatment were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint sticking therapy, pediatric massage therapy and the combination of the two methods have a good therapeutic effect on children with chronic cough, but the combination of the two is more significant, safe and effective for promotion.
