针刺“腹脑”对缺血性脑卒中后脑可塑性作用机制探讨

摘　　要："腹脑"与颅脑是相互影响的整体,两者在胚胎发育、解剖学以及神经递质等方面有着密切的联系,迷走神经是颅脑与"腹脑"相互联系的重要基础。作者通过针刺腹部任脉上的"腹人中"穴、"腹百会"穴以及督脉上命门、腰阳关穴,发现针刺可对缺血性脑卒中后大脑可塑性产生明显促进作用。而在缺血性脑卒中的针灸作用机制方面,"腹脑"针刺法与传统针刺法有共同点,但也有其差异性。针刺"腹脑"对缺血性脑卒中后大脑的可塑性作用,主要表现在对迷走神经功能的抑制作用,调节神经细胞内、外钙离子的稳态,从而起到保护脑组织的作用。文章试从腹脑-颅脑的相关理论来探讨针刺"腹脑"对缺血性脑卒中后可塑性的作用机制。＂Abdominal brain＂ and brain are the mutual influence of the whole, the vagus nerve is the important basis of the interaction both in embryonic development, anatomy, neurotransmitters and other aspects of a close relationship. So when aeupuncturing the abdominal points [ Renzhong （ DU26 ）, Baihui （ DU20 ） ] and Du Meridian points [ Mingmen （ GV4 ）, Baihui （ GV20 ） ], we found that it can obviously improve the plasticity of the brain after ischemic stroke. ＂Abdominal brain＂ acupuncture method and the traditional acupuncture method have common points, but there are also differences in the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in ischemic stroke. It mainly manifested in the inhibition of the vagus nerve function, neural homeostatic regulation of intracellular and extracellular calcium ions, which plays a protective role in brain. This paper tries to explore the mechanism of the effect of acupuncture on the plasticity of ischemic stroke by the related theories of the brain and the brain.
