摘  要:目的:研究苗药狭叶崖爬藤对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:选择SD大鼠作为实验动物并随机分为假手术组、模型组以及干预组,建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型后给予狭叶崖爬藤进行干预,测定血清中CK、CKMB、LDH含量以及心肌组织中SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的含量,评估心肌梗死范围。结果:模型组大鼠血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量均明显高于假手术组(t=15.507,12.612,18.463,P<0.05);干预组大鼠血清中CK、CK-MB、LDH的含量均明显低于模型组(t=11.074,6.801,13.597,P<0.05);干预组大鼠的心肌梗死面积、梗死区占心肌面积百分比均明显低于模型组(t=7.125,7.090,P<0.05);模型组大鼠心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量明显高于假手术组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的含量均明显低于假手术组(t=8.340,15.571,14.777,16.222,5.602,6.790,P<0.05),干预组大鼠心肌组织MDA、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6含量明显低于模型组,超氧化物歧化酶SOD、GSH-Px的含量均明显高于模型组(t=5.806,9.980,9.200,8.902,3.725,4.229,P<0.05)。结论:苗药狭叶崖爬藤对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,能够减轻心肌细胞损伤、缓解氧化应激和炎症反应。Objective:To study the protective effects of Miao medicine Tetrastigma hypoglaucum Planch on the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods : SD rats were selected as the experimental animals and randomly divided into sham group, model group and intervention group. The myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury model were made and Tetrastigma hy- poglaucum Planch was given for intervention. Serum CK, CK - MB, LDH contents and SOD, MDA, GSH Px, CRP, TNF alpha and IL -6 contents in myocardial tissue were determined and the myocardial infarction size was evaluated. Results:The model group rats serum CK,CK- MB and LDH levels were significantly higher than that of sham group( t = 15. 507,12. 612,18. 463 ,P 〈 O. 05 ). Intervention group rats serum CK, CK - MB and LDH levels were significantly lower than those of the model group ( t = 11. 074,6. 801,13. 597 ,P 〈0. 05 ). Intervention group rats myocardial infarction area and infarct area accounted for the myocardial area percentage were significantly lower than those of the model group( t = 7. 125, 7. 090 ,P 〈 0. 05). The model group rats myo- cardial tissue MDA, CRP, TNF - ct and IL - 6 levels were significantly higher than those of the sham group. SOD and GSH - Px levels were significantly lower than those of the sham group(t = 8. 340,15. 571,14. 777,16. 222,5. 602,6. 790 ,P 〈 0. 05). Inter- vention group rats myocardial tissue, MDA, CRP, TNF - o~ and IL - 6 were significantly lower than those of the model group. SOD and GSH - Px were significantly higher than that of model group ( t = 5. 806,9. 980,9. 200,8. 902,3. 725,4. 229, P 〈 O. 05 ). Con- clusion : Miao medicine Tetrastigma hypoglaucum Planch has protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. It can reduce myocardial cells injury and alleviate oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.
