摘　　要：围绝经期综合征发病率高,严重影响患者的生活质量。文章整理近10年耳穴疗法为主治疗围绝经期综合征的研究现状,结论指出,耳穴疗法作为针灸中的特色治疗,安全有效、操作简便、患者依从性好,并且耳穴疗法在围绝经期失眠症的治疗上具有一定研究价值。The incidence of peri - menopausal syndrome is increasing gradually, seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients. Based on the clinical research of treatment of peri - menopausal syndrome mainly by auricular therapy in recent ten years ,the article summaized that auricular therapy is safe and effective, convenient and good compliance. Meanwhile, auricular therapy has some research value in the treatment of peri - menopausal inomnia.
