摘  要:自新一轮电力市场改革以来,售电公司在国内迅速兴起,而其如何参与电力市场竞价购电获取最大利润成为核心问题之一。结合能源互联替代背景,研究了多种用户价格机制下的综合型能源售电公司参与市场竞价购电的策略问题。首先介绍了综合型能源售电公司的结构、运作、对用户实行的售电价格机制和其参与电力市场竞价的流程;然后研究了参与电力市场竞价购电过程中的重要部分:综合型能源售电公司支付函数的模型,为获得其最优竞价策略奠定基础;最后运用粒子群算法对算例进行仿真求解,分析了各种用户价格机制、能源替代模式与竞价策略之间的关系,得出综合型能源售电公司参与市场竞价购电的最优策略。Since a new round of electricity market reform, power retailers grow up rapidly. How to participate in electricity market to bid for maximum profit becomes one of their core issues. Combined with background of power source interconnection, this paper studied strategy of comprehensive power retailers participating in market bidding under multiple user-price mechanisms. Firstly, the paper presented the comprehensive power retailer's structure, operation, user-price mechanisms and bidding process of participating in electricity market. Then, the paper studied the important part of the bidding process, payment function model of the power retailer, as foundation for obtaining optimal bidding strategy. Finally, particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the problem, and relationship between the price mechanism and the bidding strategy was analyzed. Relationship between alternative energy modes and the bidding strategy was also analyzed. Finally, the best strategy for the power retailers participating in bidding of the electricity market was obtained.
