摘 要:教授治学既是大学实现民主管理、科学管理的本真选择,也是我国大学治理的必然趋势。我国公立大学教授治学过程中存在校长权力集中化、院长权力泛行政化、教师权力人情化、学生权力无声化的制度性困境,反映出教授治学中的学术与行政、民主与集权、公益与私益间的价值冲突。回归大学本位、构建大学章程、发挥民主监督功能是教授治学突破制度性困境的必经路径。Professors' academic management is the inevitable choice of university to realize democratic management and scientific management, and it is also an inevitable trend of university management in China. There are institutional dilemmas in the process of the administration of public universities in the country. The institutional dilemma of principals' power centralization, pan - administra- tive of the power of the president, the humanization of teachers' power and the lack of student power reflect the value conflicts between academic and administrative in professors' academic management, between democratic and centralized, between public welfare and private. Returning to the university - based, building the university charter and realizing the function of democratic supervision are the only way to professors' academic management to break through the institutional dilemma.
